MailShot Pro- Group Email 10.2

Easily manage and send email to groups from the app, or share documents directly to groups from other apps, or forward email to a group.

This version of our popular app allows you to create up to 100 groups, each with typically 100 contacts. (Limits depend on your email provider.)

Create groups in multiple ways: add contacts from your existing contacts list, import an address book group, enter addresses directly, or paste strings of names and addresses.

MailShot creates its own groups, which offer several advantages over regular address book groups:

• Contacts can use different email addresses for each group, allowing for better organization (e.g. work address for a work-related group, home address for a sports group, etc.).
• Contacts do not need to be present in your address book, providing more flexibility in creating and managing groups.

An optional plugin is available to check all the email domains for the addresses in a group. This helps prevent common group email problems caused by errors in email addresses. The plugin can also check any new addresses you add.

TIPS

• Protect privacy by placing addresses in the Bcc: line when sending emails.
• To forward an email with attachments, simply "Copy to clipboard" and then paste it into the address line of your Mail app.
